Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management tool, which will grant you full authority over your email mailbox accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this user-friendly user interface, you can set up a new e-mail account in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. Additionally, you can forward mail messages from one e-mailbox to another, finetune e-mail filters, set up autoresponders and guard your e-mail accounts against spam emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your e-mailboxes against junk emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwanted messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your e-mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given e-mail box account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming e-mails according to specific rules specified by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can easily set up a filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and edit the mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming email messages from one mail account to another, or even to several other email box accounts. Simply specify the e-mail box you would like to redirect e-mails from, then select the destination mailbox and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly configure the e-mail client of your choice to access your email boxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you would like to set up on your PC or mobile phone and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mailbox account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple mailboxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also allow you to easily set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will handle everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
